We often see in newspapers about new risks associated with vaping, or dangers that vapers face when vaping. But reading between the lines and actually finding the truth is somewhat of a tough task.
Nevertheless, we look at the actual reports, journals and studies released and report the actual facts, along with recommendations they found without trying to manipulate the results for personal gain (like selling newspapers, selling other quit smoking aids, or even persuading users to go back to cigarettes)!

The art of vaping is not healthy, the vapor contains Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Nicotine, and artificial flavoring. Inhaling these foreign substances into your lungs is not healthy and should really be avoided. If you are a vaper, you should really think about when to quit vaping.
However, of all the studies conducted on e-cigarettes, none appear to show carcinogens or toxins found at any levels harmful to humans. Some reports were discredited where there were traces of metals.
This may appear as a contradiction in terms, but the facts are simple: Any foreign objects or chemicals, including in vapor form, going into your lungs is essentially a bad thing. No study has found carcinogens that may affect users, but as vaping is a relatively new practice, this may well change.
